Here’s your little shopping list for a liter of quince liquor:


- 1 l of fruit alcohol
- 1 kg of quince that have a fragrant smell
- 350 g of sugar
- 2 oranges
- 1 star anise

First, prepare the fruits. To remove their fuzz, dip them in water, rub gently with a sponge and dry. Then cut them into pieces. Also wash and cut the two oranges into slices.
